WLCD meaning

Just picking the game up after years off. I forgot just how much I love civ2!

I am reading here and I see several acronyms being used, and I have not been able to ascertain what they mean.

For example, what does WLCD mean? WLTCD? I've seen several others.

Is there a terminology post somewhere that I can reference that has a list of all the common terms used here?

WLT_ - We Love The ____ . This refers to a city that has 50% or more happy citizens, no unhappy citizens, and at least size 3. It is also called "Celebrating".
WLTC - We Love The Consul. This is a celebration in a Republic.
WLTP - We Love The President. This is a celebration in a Democracy.
