Wonder in differnt cities to maximum its efficiency

i am not sure if any previous thread mentioned about it.
Sometimes i wonder, it would be better to construct a +2 engineers/priest wonder in my hammer city than in my wealth city.

then if other factors ignored (no player or AI try to construct wonder at all), how could i arrange my wonders construction plan, to maximum their efficiency.

should we construct all wonder in the three cities? holy/wealth cities, hammer city, science city... or we should spread them widely?

If you play on low level so you can build many wanders it is better to build them all in one city and + national epic in it.

You got GP farm that does not need food. If you add later iron works in this city to continue produce more wanders you can have bit % chance of engeneer in it.

My mistake lately has been in building the Spy wonder in a city that will be busy tied up with other things. This disrupts my flow as I often end up in a sabotague frienzy trying to stall Ghandi's unstoppable space race.
