I'm playing a PBEM game with my friend a six comps for 2 months now and I just captured a city from one comp. He just builded a greath wonder Statue of the Zeus. It's been five turns from that and I still didn't get my ancient calvary :( :( . Can anybody explain why?
:help: :help: :help:

You need to have a current ivory supply for the Statue to create cavalry, for some reason. Capture whichever of that AI's cities it is which has ivory in its radius and it'll get going.

Thanks. I thought that's the problem, but I didn't wanna attack him, again (we are in peace now, after he gave me tehnology for it :D :D ) but now I will ;) .

:goodjob:

Hope he doesn't read the forums. You just gave him a warning. Expect to be attacked first. LOL.

Uh, Ben, I'm pretty sure that an enemy AI cannot yet read the CivFanatics Forums... if they can, then I'm in trouble. :D

Yeah, the AI can't even read my defenses, how could it read this thread??

LOL. My bad. I thought he meant his friend, in the PBEM, was the person he was going to attack.

Yeah we knew what you meant, but you know the rules around here, never give up an opportunity to give a fellow civver some crap ;)

I thought this LOL on the end of your message meant you know I'm talking about computer and not my friend. Actually my friend told me about this site, so he probably read this thread and he knows what to expect once I get my hands to that ivory :devil2: :devil2:
The bad thing is he just finished some wonder that produce every 5 turns a Crusader (5/3/1) :( :(

knights templar mate... dont forget they can build fortresses too, and you best defender will be defence 4 (muskets or dutch mercenaries) :D

that's right knights templar
I'm gonna crush his crusaders like nothing
