I have a question about world builder...
Is there anyway to set friendly status between civilizations? I created a ww2 scenario and it works great except England and France denounce each other after about 15 turns despite being in a permanent alliance, and same thing with Germany and Italy... this happens every time I play my scenario.
I can't seem to find any "friend" slider in the world builder though, ideas anyone?
Also every neighbouring nation complains about you settling near them, which is a bit annoying... not sure how to fix it either though
