World Builder shouldnt be so easy to access.

I know I know, "just don't click it" and honestly its not THAT big of a temptation. But its kind of cheesy that during any moment of play you can just give yourself whatever you want.
Its like playing Doom 4 and having a button on the keyboard that all you have to do is press it and you go into God Mode. Way to easy. How am I supposed to brag about my scores if nobody can be sure I didnt just give myself a mech inf the first turn of the game? hehe


At least make it so that if you use it, your score won't be recorded or whatever.

Love the game though.

You have to use 'mental descipline' to not press it. I just pretend it's actually says"Press to ruin your game".

Doesn't doom 4 have a console where you could like, type godmode or something and go into godmode? I know most games of that type does... which makes cheating even easier than in civ IV.

I like to fool around with the world builder. I saved my game and then put 100 tanks right next to my enemies cities. It was fun to kill longbowmen with modern armors.

Been playing since civ 1. I can't believe how much im staying up till 4 in the morning these days!
I suck though hehe. Was getting wasted first couple of tries on Noble and had to go down a notch. Almost won my last game but someone got a space race victory
So I still havnt won in 4 games

I've been playing my first game even though I can"t see the map-at one point I went into the world builder and found I could see the whole world-normaly I would rather discover all of that during the game-exploration being one of my favorite parts of the game-but in this case it wasn't so bad-but I really didn't know how it worked so I flailed around a bit trying to get out-and when I got back to the game I had given myself about 7 Lion units! i used them for scouts-some of them were taken out by bears and panthers-but I used them to attack an enemy warrior-the first two went down but did some damage-the third one finished him off-my first Civ battle victory! Soin my world it's Lions 1 Egypt 0. Next time I might try some Panthers.
