World congress not working in hotseat? Did anyone played hotseat? I am in industrial era and still World congress did not start.
Also I had people lost in disasters couple of times and get option to ask for help through WC. When I ask for help I got message that WC will start in next turn but in next turn nothing happened.
Can someone support me? Any help appreciated, thanx
