World Map Question

Has any one actually created the Earth as a playable map before? If not my friend (kristopherb) and my other friend (Balthamael - or however it is spelt) will be the first people to possibly succesfully do it (also can some one answer the question in my sig?)l

There are plenty of Earth maps out there. The vanilla installation of Civ 4 contains about 3 I think. Also, modmakers have made Earth scenarios from varying eras.

I meant the Modern Earth - i wanted to create one using WorldBuilder and not scenarios and have started.

I see. There is one based at the beginning of the 20th century but not the 21st.
I think that would be a good map and well worth a download.

Just one question: will you use the civs included in the game or will you mod some new ones in?

What was meant was that you should post in the main creation & customization forum. This sub-forum is for completed map scripts only.

I was intendong on making one and have made a good start on Asia, and as an added note, we PROBABLY will use default civs and i just saw Map Scripts, and was unaware that it was for completed ones only.
