Worldbuilder Questions: Cities

I had a couple questions about placing cities in the worldbuilder that I thought I'd post here in case anyone knows the answer(s):

1. Is there any way to change the name of a city? I don't see any option to do so, so unless one is hiding (in plain sight?) I'll have to settle for using a script, but I'd prefer not to.

2. Is there any way to add buildings? There's a whole menu with check marks for adding buildings, but it doesn't seem to work. Are there some prerequisites I'm missing to enable this, is my copy of the game bugged, or is the worldbuilder just bugged in general as far as buildings go?

Can't change city names in world builder, but if you want a certain city from a particular civilizations city list, you can place a city, erase it, and place it again - as you keep doing so, the city name changes going down the list. I tried adding city names for a civilization in the XML file, and using the above technique to get to that city name - no luck in seeing it though. :/

I never tried editing what buildings are present. Since certain buildings require a district, perhaps that's the issue? Don't have time to check right now, but the first city you place for a civilization should have a palace by default. ...does that at least show up in the game?

Thanks for the reply. That's a bummer that the city names are locked, but at least I can be relieved that I didn't miss a feature (the UI is not the best, so I thought it was possible I had missed something). The remove/replace cities is a good idea, but it seems that if you mess up it continues to march through the city list instead of circling back to names you had removed, and as I am the type of guy who is by necessity good friends with "Ctrl+Z" I don't think this method will work for me. Fortunately the lua function for renaming cities still works from Civ5, so that will have to be the solution I guess.

You raised a good point about the Palace, so I just now went and looked at it and the Palace is there and can be "unchecked", but not re-"checked", so it does seem that the add buildings part of the worldbuilder is broken.
