Worst pantheon?

What do you guys think is the worst pantheon?

My opinion, probably Religious settlements. I guess it could be useful, but not as good as the others.

Religious Settlements, yes. Most of the others have their uses, nobody likes krepost/angkor wat ability to get tiles a tiny bit faster so this one is no exception.

Worst Pantheon I see the AI use: The one giving a bonus to archery type units.

I would rate Religious Settlements as slightly better than the archery bonus; but both are really bad compared to several others.
