WOW-this game is good.
Well, at least it WOULD be, if the sound worked. The introductory screen is fine, but when I get to the thing with Leonard Nimoy it makes weird little kicking sounds, skips, repeats, everything... I've never had sound problems before and I have a moderately good sound card (I think... things sound really good on my computer but I'm not what you'd call computer savvy). When I zoom in on a city to get its culture music it's *okay*. Not good. Keeps on skipping again. Same thing with Nimoy reading bible verses (although that's a little better than anything else).
When I go to a wonder screen I get around ten sounds that sounds like they came from a heavy metal guitar on steroids. Even those sounds skip, and I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to be there... considering that it's Stonehenge and not the EMP... and that the game crashes violently to the desktop (I'm talking a LITERAL crash... the screen goes wacko and there's a sound that sounds like an airplane getting smacked against a fence or something).
Anyway, any help would be greatly, greatly, GREATLY appreciated.
