I have installed C3 Complete inc: PTW and Conquests but in conquests there are no drop down buttons on the multiplayer for hotseat (and no exit from the multiplayer screen have to use task mgr) and on C3 no multiplayer option at all.

I am a big Civ fan and would really, really appreciate if someone on this erudite forum could advise me WTH is the problem here...............

Not sure about the PTW/C3C, check the preference to see if the show MP button is on. C3 does not do MP or PBEM or any of it.
