So a lot of people are disappointed by the lack of dialogue some of the Civ leaders have. Thus, I decided to write some more
I also included hypothetical lines for agenda reaction and quotes if a liberation feature appears
Feel free to provide feedback as a lot of these are drafts

Ada Lovelace
  • Agenda Approval: Your pursuit of the unknown is a truly admirable feat.
  • Agenda Disapproval: There are many unknown things to discover in this world. You must lack the imagination to seek them.
  • Request Alliance: There are many new things I must share with you. Let us work together in the pursuit of science.
  • Accept Alliance: I’d love to collaborate more with you
  • Reject Alliance: I do not see any reason why we must.
  • Endeavor Request: If you may, I would like to request your assistance in this endeavor.
  • Endeavor Support: A brilliant proposal!
  • Endeavor Accept: I gladly accept your offer.
  • Endeavor Reject: I suggest thinking of better proposals.
  • Open Borders Request: My peoples’ brightest minds seek to enter your city. Hopefully you won’t need to say more.
  • Open Borders Accept: I am excited to see what bright minds your civilization holds
  • Open Borders Reject: I need to first learn your intentions before allowing your people in.
  • Increase Trade Request: I propose a trade agreement. This will help us prosper economically and intellectually
  • Increase Trade Accept: I see no reason to decline your offer.
  • Increase Trade Reject: I would like to trade but with someone that isn’t you.
  • Send Aid: I have sent a shipment of gifts to you. It contains some of my research, my poetry, and of course, some tea to drink while reading it
  • Receive Aid: I appreciate your gift
  • Call to War: My enemies seek to destroy all knowledge. Could you kindly assist us?
  • Hypothetical liberation quote: I can not be allowed to die until my research has been finished
  • Sanction Request: If you refuse to listen to reason, then I guess I must take matters into my own hands
  • Sanction Accept: Shame to see you resort to such brutish acts to impede our pursuit of knowledge.
  • Sanction Reject: This is not the barrier you think it is. More of a small obstacle.
  • Denounce: You believe yourself to be a philosopher but you lack an understanding of the spiritual. You are no priest but a half-prophet, if not a false one.
  • Denounce Accept: You dare speak falsehoods about us. I will figure out how to deal with you later.
  • Denounce Reject: Your half-hearted insults mean nothing to us.
  • Military Presence Request: My researchers are fearful of the soldiers stationed near our borders, could you kindly move them somewhere else
  • Military Presence Accept: I see your point. There is no reason for fighting now.
  • Reconciliation Request: It would be in our best interest to prevent conflict.
  • Reconciliation Accept: Maybe we can find some common ground.
  • Reconciliation Reject: I can not find it in my heart to forgive you.

Amina
  • Agenda Approval: You are wise to leave those lands to those who know how to survive.
  • Agenda Disapproval: You covet the desert so badly. Fine, then your remains will be scattered across the sands
  • Request Alliance: All of our enemies are weak. Show them that we are not to be messed with.
  • Accept Alliance: I will make sure to spare you. Don’t make me regret my decision.
  • Reject Alliance: Hahaha, do not make me laugh, we are no friends.
  • Endeavor Request: I have a request for you. Know that there are consequences for refusing.
  • Endeavor Support: I would be a fool to say no.
  • Endeavor Accept: I accept.
  • Endeavor Reject: Your proposal is foolish.
  • Open Borders Request: If you are not a coward, open your borders and show you lack fear.
  • Open Borders Accept: Alright, we are not in danger of being destroyed by you.
  • Open Borders Reject: The only way your people will exist in my land are as slaves.
  • Increase Trade Request: My merchants bring goods from across the sands. Do not be foolish enough to say no.
  • Increase Trade Accept: I will make sure to spare your traders.
  • Increase Trade Reject: Keep your merchants far away and they will be allowed to live.
  • Send Aid: My merchants bring gifts of gold, takobas, clothes and kola nuts. Please accept.
  • Receive Aid: Now I do not need to take your gold by force.
  • Call to War: Come, let us re-sharpen our blades and take these lands together.
  • Hypothetical liberation quote: I do not need your help, but I will accept it regardless.
  • Sanction Request: We will take everything from you and when you have nothing, we will take you.
  • Sanction Accept: The pain you afflict only fuels us with anger
  • Sanction Reject: We are not weak. One day we will break your cities, enslave your people, and separate your head from your body.
  • Denounce: You are a coward who, like sand, falls apart easily even when kneaded together.
  • Denounce Accept: You will remember those words when you hear the hooves outside of your palace
  • Denounce Reject: I have heard worse from people who have lived shorter lives than you.
  • Military Presence Request: Do you seek to provoke my soldiers. If not, then move them away.
  • Military Presence Accept: If I wanted to destroy you I would have done it by now.
  • Reconciliation Request: I have no use for conquering you. How about we lay down our blades.
  • Reconciliation Accept: Fine, we will spare you. But don’t get too comfortable.
  • Reconciliation Reject: So have you come to beg for mercy. What good will that bring you.

Ashoka
  • Agenda Approval (World Conqueror): There is no shame in a small empire. Too big and you won’t be able to provide welfare to all.
  • Agenda Disapproval (World Conqueror): Cease your expansion. If you won’t, then you invite war on your borders
  • Agenda Approval (World Renouncer): You see those who have little and provide without expecting praise. This is a step on the path of Dharma.
  • Agenda Disapproval (World Renouncer): Your people demand your help and yet you turn a blind eye. What do you think will come by doing this
  • Request Alliance: My people see you as a friend. Do you view my people the same way?
  • Accept Alliance: Let us rejoice as friends.
  • Reject Alliance: You have yet to prove yourself to us
  • Endeavor Request: I ask of you to let me show your people kindness.
  • Endeavor Support: This will benefit all.
  • Endeavor Accept: Thanks but do not request anything in return.
  • Endeavor Reject: My people do not need your help.
  • Open Borders Request: My emissaries seek to share my people’s teachings within your borders. Please, have an open mind and accept them.
  • Open Borders Accept: You are welcome but please, treat my people with kindness and in turn, kindness will return to you.
  • Open Borders Reject: Your people bring in a foul stench. They are not welcome here.
  • Increase Trade Request: My caravans are asking to be allowed to trade with your people.
  • Increase Trade Accept: Bring your merchants in, we will treat them nicely.
  • Increase Trade Reject: What use do we have for your merchants.
  • Send Aid: My people have a lot and we offer it to you. Let the unclothed receive beautiful silks and textiles. And let the hungry eat food seasoned with spices.
  • Receive Aid: Your generosity will be rewarded in the next life.
  • Call to War: Let us shatter the weapons of our enemies. That way we can maintain peace.
  • Hypothetical liberation quote: My people thank you for saving them, but there is much more to do.
  • Sanction Request: I dislike making others suffer but you leave me no choice.
  • Sanction Accept: Are you testing me? Trying to test my convictions?
  • Sanction Reject: My people do not break easily. Your actions will benefit no one.
  • Denounce: I look upon you and I see an ugly reflection of my past. Soon you will feel the same remorse I have felt
  • Denounce Accept: Your actions do nothing but bring about suffering.
  • Denounce Reject: I know my way is true and soon you will understand the path I chose.
  • Military Presence Request: I hope your warriors have come to pray and not to challenge me.
  • Military Presence Accept: I no longer delight in bloodshed, you must not fear us.
  • Reconciliation Request: We have caused each other great suffering. Let us forgive what can be forgiven and live in peace.
  • Reconciliation Accept: I will let go of my hatred but will my people feel the same.
  • Reconciliation Reject: I am sorry but I can’t find it in me to forgive you.

Augustus Caesar
  • Agenda Approval: Have pride in your cities. It is an impressive feat to make me feel envious.
  • Agenda Disapproval: What will people remember of your cities when you’re gone. Do you not worry about your legacy.
  • Request Alliance: I have seen your rise to power and it has reminded me of my own. Let us be friends and stand together as allies.
  • Accept Alliance: I will respect your friendship. There will not be a repeat of what happened to my father.
  • Reject Alliance: My empire stands alone, you cannot be trusted.
  • Endeavor Request: I want to help bolster your empire, if you want it.
  • Endeavor Support: I praise you.
  • Endeavor Accept: I will it.
  • Endeavor Reject: I can provide for myself
  • Open Borders Request: I wish to enter your borders and see your cities. Do your monuments reflect your might?
  • Open Borders Accept: Feel dry to bask in the glory of our empire.
  • Open Borders Reject: Until we can trust you, the walls will stay up.
  • Increase Trade Request: I seek to establish new trade routes towards your empire so we can be united.
  • Increase Trade Accept: Our people shall thrive under this deal.
  • Increase Trade Reject: There is no advantage to trading with you.
  • Send Aid: As a proof of our friendship, I seek to gift you with wine, olive oil and many precious metals.
  • Receive Aid: I must prepare something in return do you.
  • Call to War: Our peace is in danger. Soon we will have to go to war.
  • Hypothetical Liberation Quote: No matter how many times our walls break, we will rebuild them.
  • Sanction Request: You cannot be allowed to rule unopposed. It is for my people’s benefit that I stand in your way.
  • Sanction Accept: If you wish for war, then just say it.
  • Sanction Reject: Go on and try, it will be of no use.
  • Denounce: Your empire is nothing but a field of fools ruled by a false ruler.
  • Denounce Accept: Let us hope your courage is as strong as your brain.
  • Denounce Reject: Such empty words from a false emperor.
  • Military Presence Request: Do your soldiers want to visit our monuments or do they seek to die.
  • Military Presence Accept: Fine, then I will call back my soldiers.
  • Reconciliation Request: I want to be known as someone who would rather preserve than destroy. Do you feel the same
  • Reconciliation Accept: If you seek pardon, then I will give it to you.
  • Reconciliation Reject: Until I know you can be trusted I will not treat you kindly.

Was wondering if I should add more unique dialogue between the personas. I did not considering most of in-game lines are the same between both personas.
