Wrong info from volcanic eruption

Volcanic eruption said "0 tiles damaged", see first attached picture (click for full view).

But in the second attached picture, you can see that there were two fish next to that volcano.

i think "damaged" here means "had something pillaged, or had something with health attacked" and therefore doesnt include "had a resource removed", neither of which necessarily happens just because the other does. at least thats what im thinking
tho it really *should* include both types

I guess most players preemptively harvest bonus resources near volcanoes, thus don't see this happen. But I agree, this should count as a damaged tile.
