Every time my logon screen comes up, it says how many unread messages I have. And it's not even my own unread messages, it's my sister's who've sometime used my account to access MSN or something similar. How do I get rid of this "feature"? MSN doesn't even seem to be running...

You'll need the TweakUI Powertoy for WinXP. In in expand logon, choose "unread mail." Uncheck the "show unread mail on welcome screen" option, then below it select the option "apply setting to all users".

Thank you.:goodjob:

Is it found on microsoft.com, any other page or is it allready installed? I will look for it myself tomorrow, but don't have any time at the moment, so no need to look for it, only answer if anyone knows from the top of their heads.:)

Try This Link.

I googled "TweakUI Powertoy" and this was the first hit. There are several good ones there. I would advise staying away from taskswitch.exe and deskman.exe. Both are more trouble than they're worth.

Thanks, I've now edited a whole bunch of other settings in windows also that annoyed me. I also downloaded "Open command window here" which I've been wanting (although I assume it only edits the registry) and the calculator.
