XML Load error

Running windows 7 (japanese version)

I installed Civ in C:/CIV

then i put the caveman 2 cosmos mod in beyound the sword/mods folder, I also put it in my games just to be sure.

When load the game i get several error messages:

XML load error

If I click OK then game loads, but most of the C2C content is replaced my things like TXT_GAME_XXXXX
TXT_GAMEOPTION_XXXX

It makes the game very ugly and unplayable.

Does anyone have any idea of how to fix it?

It should only be in one place. Remove it from one.
