XP won't install

I am fixing my sisters (very old) computer. After backup, I used gParted to re-format the drive to a blank slate. I popped in the XP (2002 Edition) Disc and went through the install to where it asks you to restart (before the GUI part). I restart it and it goes straight back to the same thing. So I went through it all again and this time, when I rebooted I took out he disc. Nothing boots. What am I doing wrong, I have install XP 5+ times and this has NEVER happened.

Perhaps the boot order in the BIOS is messed up?
