Worked out well. I haven´t downloaded the newest version yet, what a shame. I just wondered, why Japan and France (only for example) have changed colors? France is light blue instead of dark and Japan pink instead of red.

Because Canada can't be pink... So Japan find some misfortune with this thing
As for France... I can imagine only cyan when I think about it... You know, Azure coast, mild climate, sunny hills, Paris, Marseille, Nice, nice girls

Secular State instead of Atheist State sounds much nicer.

No, Secular State is when a country's goverment isn't based on religion, Atheist State is when a goverment is totally intolerant of religion. There's a HUGE difference.

And speaking of Atheism, Since Atheism is not a religion, it won't work to make it a religion. So instead make it so that Atheism is shown on a city screen, and have One building. No missionaries, No wonder, No monastaries, just a building that spreads the (non) belief.

Mr. Earl I beg to differ about Atheism not being a religion, it's just as much of one as any other, there are fundamentalist atheists as well (and I mean that as in fanatic, not like dictionary term fundamentalist)

Agnosticism is a philosophy, atheism is a belief system and very close minded.

The two cannot be held as true by the same person at the same time. Atheism can be a belief that the universe is a certain way, much in the way that a religious person can believe the universe to be a certain way. However, they are alike only in so far as they are beliefs, not religions.

Atheism must be as a civic to work. Some unhappiness from religions and scientific output (you know, every atheist is a bright guy or a criminal ) That´s the only way I see it.

Throwing dictionary definitions doesn't change the fact. Just because there isn't an established church of atheism doesn't mean it's not somthing some of its more extreme believers won't try to push on others...ie the whole Pledge of Alegence thing and Atheism forced by governments.

But again it doesn't mean it should be left out of the mod, it is of course a very important factor in today's world so the best bet would be under religion technically, especially if somthing like "Theocracy" is because the only difference between the two is the letter "A" in my opinion.

That's secularism, not atheism. The government takes an energetically neutral stance on religion doesn't mean it's anti religion.

Trying to force others to ascribe to your beliefs doesn't mean that it is a religion. Consider utilitarianism, an ethical theory. One could kill another because he doesn't follow the same basis for ethical decisions as you, but that doesn't mean that he worships "utilitarianism."

Or, consider a person who is intollerant of those who would speak other languages other than his own, like Jacques Chirac . Does the fact that he would wish to push French on other people make the language a Religion? Of course not. The fact that some people are willing to push something on others doesn't mean it must be a religion.

1 It's out of the topic and 2. YOU are intollerant with somebody who wants to speak another language than english! Jacques Chirac doesn't want that englishmen speak french but that frenchmen speak french. The world (and especially europe) is not english, i'm sorry.

please, test it.
it's more realistic scenario for this mod starting right after russian revolution in 1917.
u can play any of 11 superpowers but, u know, it's still not as in real world ))) I've also made European Union for Europe and it will have EU flag in upcoming patch for this scenario, but it's german flag so far.
the known bug is the scenario keep crashing with me in middle of 30ies. i have no idea why it happanse, so, may be some1 can advise what the hell is that. there is also some problems with the mod. mines, commando guys and zeppeling is just red spots on the mep with me. any way, please, test it and report me any bugs or changes u wish to make.

Maybe I'm just stupid or incompetent, but, whenever I try downloading this mod, Mozilla tells me it can't load the page. If anyone can offer some reason why this is happening and help me fix it, you would have many thanks from me.
