Yet another CSI spin off

I like the first CSI and the first Law and Order but the spin offs are simply no good.
The worst thing about all the cop shows; 99%(I've only seen one CSI episode and 2 L&O episodes in which they didn't get their man) they get their man, what the heck? Since when do the cops always get their man? That's the Mounties motto and they don't always get their man.
