You Set The Salaries

Some question first.

How much experience do they have? How many years loyalty with their current company? Are they at the top of their field, average, or barely know their job? Interns or experts? How many people are in the field compared to what is required today and expected in a few years? How many years can this job be performed? Do they make a product people need? Do they make a product people want? How many years education did they spend? Is the job in a desired location, dangerous location, etc.?

Am I missing the point? :rolleyes:
