Last year we had CityVille, year before that was FrontierVille.

Are Zynga striking at 2K while the iron is hot and releasing a competitor to destroy CivWorld before its even released? Looks like it.

For the benefit of those who don't know, Zynga currently effortlessly controls the FB game market, and this next game is bound to be an instant hit, as so far, each new Zynga game breaks the records for most number of users...

Well considering that CW is in no way a 4X TBS Civ game in any sense of the imagination, I am very much looking forward to see what Brian Reynolds and Jesse Smith can come up with, with Empires and Allies. It has to be better than Sid's City building game with a Civ name on the splash screen :-/
