for those who are noticing improvements with this mod...what are you system specs? I have a amd 3000+ 64, 512 ram, and geforce4go 44 64 megs. Just curious if this mod will slow my game down or speed it up

becareful when updating bios...if u screw up you can end up with a pretty big paperweight:mischief: just don't have any antivirus software or anyother software like it running as a precaution

did you look at add/remove in the control panel? What exactly did you delete? Was it the entire Civ4 folder where you installed it? Did you clean out the registry... I'm no computer genius though what happens when you click play

as half brazilian myself, I can't wait to use this mod, but Ill wait until a few more updates

a better video card wouldn't hurt, but a lot of people (including me) have civ4 crashing. The problem is that the game is so unstable and is probably not due to your video card.

the patch is probably a complete re-code of the game:)

I did the greekworld and played as the romans. Just like in history the barbarians raided rome :mad: Rome didn't have a chance, it was sorrounded by 10 barbarian units that popped out of no where :eek: and they destroyed rome. After destroying them, i quickly made a settler and put a new city...

the patch better fix this problem. It is so annoying, I have to rush to find game before it crashes. Yesterday I finally got playing and everything was fine until 50 minutes into the game and it crashes =( and I was just starting to mass my armies to begin a world wide slaughter

I have a similar problem. WHen I'm in the the internet game menu screen the game will crash.

I got a presario r3000 AMD 3000+ 64 geforce4 go 440 64 meg 512 ram It runs relatively well. I haven't had any problems such as the game crashing just yet. The game does eat up ram and slows down drastically later in the game in which a wait longer than I actually play. I hope the upcoming patch...

after I obtain and implement the civic that should allow me to complete projects using gold, I do not see the "buy" option anywhere. Anyone have same problem???
