This recent fighting amongst our neighbors is troubling. South America should stick together to try to further the continent instead of breaking down and fighting amonst ourselves overy petty squabbles.
I'm hopeful my T&L and black map problems are fixed. That was the main thing that made playing Civ4 not very fun before now. Really sucks to know the whole map from the beginning since I had to enable the reveal map.
Anyone have any idea why the test would say my video card has all 3 of the required features (RAM, 3D Acceleration, and T&L) but says my card doesn't meet the minimum specs?

Possibly, but not every person that has bought Civ3 knows about CivFanatics or a comparable site. So does that mean Firaxis should leave them out in the cold without scenarios?
You may be willing to pay an extra $30 or whatever to get the graphics program added, but will most Civ3 players? No.
Rally point, you set it for a city and all units produced in that city will be sent to the rally point you designated.
I haven't used continous bombardment so can't say for sure, but I'd expect that it will bombard each turn until you take it off the bomber.
A Pop 1 city with no culture will be automatically razed. Therefore a city either needs a Pop of 2 or has some culture (I think it has to have reached the first expansion level) to not be razed.
