I got lazy on the last panel(I didn't feel like showing Voltaire's maglev technique in detail), but overall, I like how this came out.
In case anyone's wondering, Voltaire's arrived in Mercia, Mobius' counterpart to England.
Serves to give a few more hints into Volty's backstory and also demonstrate how bipolar he is.

I assume the Hacker stole it from Voltaire's creators, the Liomati... ..given that it's the main fuel for nearly all of his power, however, I can't wait until he crashes.
