Can't end turn

Trying to play civ 6 on PS 5. Tutorial tells me to end turn with square button but this doesn't work. Have spent hours trying to end my turn. Any advice ?

Console doesn't have the Force End turn function like PC does.

The inability to end a turn usually arises from a pathfinding error (particularly when disembarking from sea to land) where two units occupy the same tile but have no movement points left to alleviate the error.

The only way to fix the issue (other than reloading) is to delete one of the units manually by opening up the hidden command in the unit's action taskbar.
