well according to the definition at the beginning of the thread, it says funny haha or funny odd and its also transformed to rare occurrences...

and to answer everyone's question, i think it decreased by that current amount, so *rate*-25% not *rate*x75%

im not sure though i dont remember the values...

Let it go. It's still not funny. :)

Firstly, this isn't funny but i couldn't find a existing thread to put it in. So i put it in the spoiler. I thought it was interesting.

Spoiler :

Sorry about the poor image quality. This is my current rival, the Mongols. I've enough EP's to investigate their cities, as you can see they're working mostly UNIMPROVED tiles. And his whole empire is like this!!!??? At this point in the game he has had thousands of years to improve his land, why the hell hasn't he? Is this common or have you seen it this bad?

With friends like these Hatshepsut doesn't need any enemies.

So, he can be paid to declare war on Egypt, but not stop trading with Egypt?

Yes. German foreign policy at the moment is cryptic.

It's all about the Benjamins. :lol:

@bestbrian

Around 1200-1300AD on Monarch Difficulty. No reason not to have improved his land, no major wars or anything.

And it's his cap. :eek:

Pretty frackin' pathetic. Time to start playing with Better AI.

Have the workers turn around and harvest them for a boost of food to the nearest city.
