The Phoenix Brotherhood, commonly known as the Brotherhood, The Phoenix, the Children of Prometheus, and the Bringers of Light, is a religious extremist and terrorist movement, organization, and pseudo state that controls territory in the caucasus, Anatolia, Greece, and Egypt. The organization surfaced in 2016 at the start of the Other invasion, its founding can be traced back to various Caucasian nationalist groups before and during the russian civil war, however many people within the organization have claimed it to be founded by various Byzantine emperors, from Basil I, and Justinian the Great, to Constantine XI. However the earliest claimants say the Brotherhood was founded by Alexander the Great or earlier.

The Phoenix Brotherhood is lead by Prometheus. A charismatic and power hungry man who his devoted followers believe to be a prophet and a messiah. Some him to be the same Prometheus who brought fire to man in the ancient days. He is secretive and very little is known about him with almost all known data on him coming from himself. Prometheus claims to have been the eternal leader of the Brotherhood, and claims to be many famous warriors and prophets from throughout history. All the time leading the Brotherhood. His reasons and ultimate goal are unknown, but it is known that the brotherhood has begun searching for and stockpiling alien weaponry and technology for unknown reasons.

The Phoenix Brotherhood is named after the mythical bird the phoenix which at its time of death renews itself in flame and is reborn from the ashes. The Brotherhood claims that whenever history has presumed the Brotherhood extinct that they have returned, renewed and stronger, and that their organization will never truly die.

Indeed, SpaceX, Tesla, and Paypal were all fronts for his plans for global domination!



And yet, he was foiled again and again! America's superhuman community thwarted his plans, ensuring that the world would not know the tyranny of the mad scientist Musk!

But then, the Others came. Elon put aside his vendettas against America and its heroes, and fought alongside them against the Other Invasion. Musk's legions mechanical Robo-Regulators and Techno-Scorpions kept Chicago and its environs safe from the control of the Others, and duelled them throughout the Great Lakes. Indeed, it was aboard Musk's personal spacecraft, the Explorator, that the heroes who saved the earth from the Others travelled when they destroyed the mothership.

But in the meantime, nothing remains of the United States but scattered states and vassals. And now, Elon Musk sees his opportunity for immortality and World Conquest! His Robo-Regulators spread out, subjugating Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin, forming the new empire of Muskovy! And from his lair atop the Tesla Tower in Chicago, which pierces the heavens and from which lightning arcs from his mad experiments at all times of the day, he rules his new Empire with an iron fist!

After the defeat of Axis, Greece suffered from a civil war. The Communists managed to conquer the Peloponnese and Attica while the Republican forces retreated to Thessaly, Southern Macedonia and Epirus. The Communist held areas later fell to Phoenix, while the Republican areas were reconstituted as the "Thessalian Republic". After 30 years of the right wing Nationalist Party ruling dictatorially, in 1971 democracy was restored. Since then, Thessaly has been a stable democracy with two major parties: the center-right National Progressive Party and the Centrists' Union. The Communist Party of Thessaly is weaker but managed to retain some support while the Nationalist Party has been stigmatized by it's dictatorial rule but still finds some nationalistic supporters.

History:
If there is one idea that dominates the Acadian mindset, it is that of being a people in exile.

Over the course of the last century, The Quebecois have found themselves slowly enjoying fewer and fewer rights and protections under the law as Scandinavian speaking people and governments became a greater presence. Slowly forced out of their homes, Many Quebecois followed the path that was blazed centuries prior by Acadians forced out of their homes by British colonists, finding their way to already French Speaking Louisiana. Adopting the name Acadians, most settled in happily, slowly spreading out. Most well educated, and willing to work cheaply, thier presence slowly drove out Hispanics and White-Southerners, who, as Quebecois became a greater majority, found themselves forced outwards to find jobs and means of sustenance.

The Irony of the situation is lost on the Acadians.

In 2016, it all came to a head. The Strict laws put in place during the Alien Invasion by the Scandinavians triggered a rising by University, Cegep, and Highschool students. The Crackdown merely brought the adults to the streets as well.

A series of brutal crackdowns later, and the quebecois realized that the situation was untennable. Their home was no long their home. Even "Sus le joug anglo" the situation wasn't so bad, and many old die-hard nationalists found themselves wishing the return of the Government in Ottowa.

And so it was that the Quebecois Super Human named Le Baptiste organized a number of his powered compatriots: Team members, rivals, villains, all united by a need to see thier people somewhere safe. Together, these Men and Women gathered those quebecois who wanted to leave and led them to their new homeland in Acadia. Forging thier new state on the ashes of the Collapsed American System, Acadians feel the longing for a true Homeland.

Carcajou: A superhuman from Abitibi, Carcajou is a young quebecois girl with high agility, retractable claws and fangs, and accelerated healing powers.
L'homme D'or: Once a villain and Caracjou's nemesis, L'homme D'or proved himself time and time again during the exile, working hard to keep the Quebecois people safe. Wearing a flying suit of Golden Armor said to be able to resist nearly all meta-human attacks, D'or is now one of the strongest defenders of Acadian sovereignty.

Each Prefecture is administered from its holy shrine, ran by its local shrine maiden and her disciples. Special zones exist in the major academy cities (Tokyo and Osaka), around holy sites, and especially Kyoto, which is the most special of special cases.

Girls are expected to graduate the academy by age 9 and be running their own shrine by age 12. Running their own shrine, the Maidens are responsible for everything in their prefecture, including matters of the spiritual and physical realm. Court cases, cleanings, funeral rites, the Maidens are who the people turn to at a local level. Aside from serving and ruling their districts, the Maidens continue their studies and training.

Around age 15, the Shrine Maidens are relieved of their local duties, and move to the capital Kyoto. At this point, they begin ruling at a more national level. Depending on their skills, the now adepts may take on a variety of tasks. Some may become Academy instructors, others may become researchers, and some may even become part of the military or even the supposed religious police.

At Age 18, the girls are no longer considered Maidens, and instead are considered senior members of the government and are the highest echelons of power, save for the Empress herself. Depending on the situation at the time, the girls continue living on until around age 21 (in some extreme cases they go on to age 25!) and enter the Hōrīraito, a chamber said to exist somewhere beneath Japan. From there, they are never seen again.

One major note should be that of the Empress. The Empress is an elected member of the Shrine Maidens, elected by all who had graduated the Maiden academy. Any Maiden is eligible to stand for election and to vote, and a combination of personal strength, charisma, and intelligence is what helps a candidate become the Empress. The Empress is usually around the age of 15 when she is elected (sometimes younger, almost never older), and rules until she is around 20 years old. At that time, she is allowed to be "deflowered" (the only Maiden that will suffer this indignity) and will give birth to a child, which almost always turns out to be a girl. Soon after the birth, the Empress too will enter the Hōrīraito, never to be seen again...

History:
With the British and Canadian government creating the first Superhuman, the Americans soon followed suit to make their own following the end of the war. During the cold war era, Vault-Tec constructed a series of fallout shelters to be used in defense against a nuclear attack. While the vaults were awaiting to be offically used, they were used to perform experiments to create their own superhumans.

The arrival of extra terrestrials, otherwise known as The Other, came to Earth on 2015. For what they came for was anyone's guess. They came not for peace, but an annihilation of the entire human species. As well as capturing a few handful of humans for their....experimentation. The alien invaders, in a precision strike, wiped Washington D.C. off the face of the map. Thus the United States ceases to exist. The New Englanders, in what is now the New England Commonwealth, retreated into the old vaults to seek shelter and/or to wage war against the aliens.

Yet the fighting was in vain as The Others slaughtered any troops and any remaining civilians who've not taken shelter in the Vaults. Reducing the region into a desolate wasteland. One such individual, took action against The Others. Her name, General Connie Marshall. With just a nodachi long sword she called "God-Splitter", the ability to manipulate electricity, as well as a powerful voice to knock down her opponents. She, and a select number of commandos took to the skies to face one of The Other's mothership, Zeta. And destroying one of the motherships that has been harassing Earth.

After the destruction of the mothership. Connie trekked the wastelands of the Northeastern United States for survivors to rebuild civilization. She eventually came across the old Vault-Tec headquarters where she found coordinates for each of the operational vaults and gave the all clear signal. There she traveled to each of the vaults with the goal of unifying the communities to rebuild civilization from the ashes of the alien attack. Unifying the vaults were a mixed bag. With some vaults openly joining Connie's side by her mere arrival to open conquest with raiders and bandits. Years have passed and Connie has managed to restore order within the New England Commonwealth. Retoring old power plants to full operation, bringing factories that once produced war materials for the second world war online again.

With her military background, she raised a military from the ground up. Using war materiale created from the newly operating factories. Connie emphasied on having a flexible military that can go from a standard symmetrical warfare to asymmetrical at a moment's notice. She also quickly established the government for the New England Commonwealth in Hartford and started to operate her administration under her careful watch and guard.Given that she's a super herself, her policies to other supers are accepting and open to them, to the point that even in the Insurance Capital of the World, Hartford, loves em. While a super herself, she let's her select cabinet, politicians, and military personnel do the talking for her and only gets her hands dirty when the crap hit's the fan.

You may have heard of us through the vial of conspiracy theory, the accusaions of demonic beings (AKA the "metas" or "supers"), the cults of the Void Spawn and the natural lies of the traitor Vinsin Vancore with his fascist order. Yet while it is true the Sun can burn the skin it is also true that without the Sun live cannot be and without the Company of the Dawn the so called "super heroes" would be unchallanged, their "divine right" leaded to the conquest of the 'normal' humans for the sake of power.

The Dawn duty since its foundation since the time of Byzantium is Janus faced: protect the Eastern Roman Empire from all who dare threaten her imperial glory and to ensure that beings of unusual power are kept in check or neutralized before they become super devils.

Alas we failed the former and though we have managed to maintain the latter we eventually came to fail that as well, for the Sun must give way to night.

We have over time became mercenary, a secret army to the highest bidder who could find us. Our Radiant Guard has secretly aided the vanguards of history. They have also served to ensure that no so called "meta" as we call them nowadays... witches were one of the titles certain people with unusual capabilities process. We did what we did for power corrupts and we must ensure the purity of humanity less these super beings would make slaves of us all. We were harsh but when you see what humans can do with each other with absolute power we could not risk the thought that a single being could become a god among mortals, bringing a dark age of unwelcome servitude that we could never have tolerated. Our Radiant Guard were famed as the vanguard of history but they embrace a necessary martyrdom in a secret war against the awakening tyranny in the human spirit.

When Constantinople fell to the might of normal human innovation and ambition we were forever scarred and reforged. Our leader at the time was Nikolas the Confessor, who bravely stood ground in defense of his imperial sovereign, even when he was gunned to death by the janissaries. Henceforth in memory of his stand all leaders of the Company of the Dawn rechristened themselves as Nikolas Aυγή, who would serve as the immortal memory of the Confessor and the removal of our prime duty as the secret guardians of what came to be remembered as the Second Rome.

We also embraced a new virtue in 1453: the flexibility of being a mercenary.

We served the Ottomans, the Polish, the French etch in a campaign of serving as vanguard and to help improve our capabilities to hunt unruly 'supers.' We expanded this to include the Americas: the Selma Witch Trials were our design. Yet in the 18th century we also embraced both our greatest assert and in the long term our downfall in this century: Lloyd Gethic.

Lloyd Gethic served a man you will know: Napoleon Bonaparte.

Napoleon was not actually trained by us; he founded and invited himself to our order, fascinated with our military history. He was not a meta and a bright sign of the ambition. Yet he also made us forget that power corrupts and when chaos in France made us fear a possible rising of 'supers' from the shadows to exploit the 'Revolution' we sent a general by the name of Lloyd Gethic to aid him. Napoleon's contributions to warfare was his own and it was more a case that Lloyd was bringing us in the new age of mass warfare. Yet Lloyd also came to influence Napoleon in the importance of maintaining order or as we put it "to know iron is to know peace." For Lloyd only military might could guard the safety of all, drawing from that classic Roman expression that I prey I do not tell to educate you on. General Gethic encouraged the Emperor to crown himself in front of the Pope and when Napoleon marched to Russia the General Gethic warned him of the dangers that General Winter would provide. General Gethic would latter fight in the Battle of Waterloo, only to loose as we in the end as a Company picked the winning side. Yet we embraced Gethic as following his own visions of peace and felt his telents were not to be wasted. We granted him authority to right secret guides to warfare so our future generals may learn what he learned from Napoleon.

Little did we know he also made his war guides into treaties on why strong authoritive governments were naturally the most peaceful entities and that a entity called "chaos" was striking at the heart of humanity. He proclaimed that our "obsession with the demons, witches and other supernatural beings" were "false crusades that only aided the forces of disorder and war." He cited Genghis Khan's war as both brutal but also a bringer of harmony to the Silk Road, of how Caesar restored Rome from corruption into a new dawn and that Napoleon was basically trying to bring peace in a continent of war. We tolerated this writing because we need the wisdom of his strategy but in the end... well you know much Vinsin Vancore loves Lloyd Gethic to the point that it may have overshadowed his own egomania... though yet again the Emperor crowned himself in front of the Pope.

The 20th century bought us our second greatest failure: thanks to Von Fertig's mad quest the abomination known as Sergeant Commando was created to counter the empowered Nazi war machine. We took fear to the Canadian villain that was forged but the atrocities of the Nazis forced our hence and we had at that time began to regret our past witch hunting exercises. In the end we had a civil war as Dawn force fought Dawn force in the Second World War; we must shed blood from ourselves at times.

After the war we faced a age were the demons came from the shadows and we embraced our new failing. Instead of a renewed hunt however we turned to the other matter at hand; the fear of nuclear conflict. We attempted in the struggles following the World Wars to serve as a balance of power, for we may love the Sun but we do not admire the radiant of atomic warfare, a abomination in its own right. Yet we did return to our old duties; we attempted a combat drug program to fight fire with fire, only this resulted in Moon Dagger the legendary assassin who took to preying on us in revenge... including the then Nikolas Aυγή himself. However we are a phoenix and the new Nikolas Aυγή took to denounce our combat drug program as a sign that we had fallen far behind the true duties as guardians of humanity and issued a program of purity... including the annihilation of the surviving members of the team behind the combat drug program. We took to new campaigns to hunt out those who could prove a threat to humanity.

We failed to notice two threats coming that did not from the demons.

One was the Akyri Gónos or Void Spawn; the Other as you called them came to be a natural enemy which made us stood in our duty to defend humanity. We took to gun and stood where we needed.

The other threat came from a pure human within us... a pure human who proved to have been the very devil we were hunting the demons to keep away.

Tony Bryson was troublemaker and known mercenary for terrorists but also a bright mind that Nikolas Aυγή took to admire. When Bryson foiled in a Liverpool bombing campaign and was captured by the SAS we sent a regiment of Radient Guard to liberate the would be terrorist and bring him before Nikolas Aυγή. Nikolas Aυγή gave Bryson a new live as a guardian of humanity, renaming the troublemaker as Vinsin Vancore and gave him a immediate access to our military archives so he could learn of his new purpose.

If only we had removed all the Lloyd Gethic books... but then he may have picked up something worse...

When the Void Spawn came we deployed our forces around the world to help in the struggle against the invaders. We especially took to fortify the Pacific and to defend Central America, both cases required the overthrow of local governments so we would exploit the local resources in our noble crusade against the xeno threat. Vancore was send to serve as a vice commander in Central America, were we feared a movement of alien worshiping cults may be emerging. We were paranoid but Fiji in the end proved us right...

...if only we were proven wrong; Vancore needed only Fiji to become Gethic's newest instrument.

Vancore launched a campaign to smear our Company as a cult of alien worship itself; we could have argued but our fear after the assassin of Vancore's Superior Alexis Drakos (blamed on alien worshippers but we know who gained the most) was of mobilization against us. We had not choice: we sent General Kasun Thryng to liberate our assets from Central America and the traitor's hands.

He failed and returned with what was once Radiant Guard...

Vancore took our status as vanguards of history and corrupted it, turning the Radiant Guard he grabbed into what we call the Gethic Vanguard. Vancore sent his forces to ours in the Pacific. The damage the Void Spawn did to us was multiplied by the traitor who caused more betrayal as Thryng himself bough against us. Tony Bryson's sins in the end resulted in our last Nikolas Aυγή's disappearance, presumed dead. Vancore was injured in his force but victory was his; later Thryng would regret his sin and attempt to amend with his own rebel in the lands of the now forged "Gethic Hand" but sins scar you and we can only wish you could redeem yourself General Thryng.

Now the Dawn is broken; after 2 years since the Void were ultimate bested we are recovering when the world needs us most. The demonic beings are supers are reigning; their influence will only corrupt the world, the so called heroes are shallow vials to hide the truth that there presence will divide humanity into a servitude. Then there is Moon Dagger who continues to prey on us, convinced we are the greatest threat to the peace of this world. Even during the alien invasion he took against us instead of the Void Spawn, thinking the invaders were less dangerous then would ever be; vengeance is truly a fogginess.

Then there is the Gethic Hand: Vancore is mustering his forces and when he is ready he will take Lloyd Gethic's teachings to its bloody conclusion. To know war is to know peace; if only Lloyd was not taking that to a literal hindrance and Vancore taking it to justify his new 'godhood' as dictator of the corrupted pieces of the Company of the Dawn. We will never rest till his regime is dead and that all those filthy traitors are given their duty rewards: the sinners must burn.

As for us now? I myself do not know. They say Nikolas Aυγή may be alive still and so we wait before appointing a new Nikolas Aυγή; we must have our hope to recover. We will recover our assets and begin a crusade to rid the world of the evil Gethic and to protect humanity from the abominations, the demons, the witches, the... "superheroes" who only exist to inflict power over humanity. Do not trust even a demonic kindness for it is instrument of slavery. We must be vigilant in our struggles and to keep the supers in balance before they forge a order more evil than the Gethic Hand.

Of course we have our priorities; as a training officer of the Radiant Guard mine is to help train the new generation of Radiant Guard, so we stand against the forces of evil, including our dark counterparts the Vanguard and their twin the Coreguard.

The Dawn Council has a lot on its hands; I have a lot of recruits to train...

PACIFICA​

Welcome to 1920. New York, Paris, London, does not matter. The French called it the "années folles" ("Crazy Years"), the years of economic prosperity, the period of cultural effervescence. Normalcy returned to politics in the wake of hyper-emotional patriotism after World War I, jazz music blossomed, the flapper redefined modern womanhood and Art Deco peaked. The social, artistic and cultural dynamism evolves. Around the world there is a large-scale spread of automobiles, telephones, movies, and electric power, an unprecedented industrial growth, a rapid increase in consumer demand and significant changes in lifestyle and culture of the time. The media focused on celebrities, especially sports heroes and movie stars, while cities rooted its local teams filled the new palatial cinemas and giant stadiums.

During this period, the Prohibition fails as a Federal amendment, meaning that alcohol's legality depends on which state you're in. The Brotherhood of the Veil which until then was a secret organization without political ends seeing the profit opportunity in this Prohibition began cross-border liquor smuggling and much of Vancouver's prosperity and opulence in the 1920s results from this "pirate economy".

Everything seemed like a charm, but in 1927 the optimism of the "Roaring Twenties" was upset when an outbreak of a deadly influenza in America led states to close their borders, dividing further the Union. Though not as deadly as the 1918 pandemic, the epidemic had immense political fallout, bolstering regionalist "strong state" views and decreasing voter turnout in the 1928 elections.

During the elections, several state leaders running under Regionalist "Strong State" platforms, begin negotiating inter-state alliances. In this period, the previously covert Brotherhood of the Veil with the end of liquor's piracy among Washington and British Columbia borders began the creation of ruses in order to rise as a political influence organization. And with the arrival of the Great Depression the Brotherhood increased its operations to Washington and Oregon.

Thanks to the influence of the Brotherhood during the Great Depression, a series of hydroelectric dams were constructed along the Columbia river as part of a project to increase the production of electricity. This culminated in 1941 with the completion of the Grand Coulee Dam, the largest concrete structure in the United States. During World War II, the state became a focus for war industries. While the Boeing Company produced many of the nation's heavy bombers, ports in Seattle, Bremerton, Vancouver, and Tacoma were available for the manufacture of warships.

Only in 2018 on the ashes of the old United States, Pacifica arose guided by the Brotherhood.

THE BROTHERHOOD OF THE VEIL TIMELINE
Circa 500 BC - The first report of the existence as secret religious order
395–387 BC - Due to the Corinthian War, the order began hiring assassins to stop the spartan advance but with the victory of Agesilaus the order disappeared.
323 BC - Due to internal conflicts in the Brotherhood, Alexander the Great died in suspicious situations.
Early 44 BC - The Brotherhood expanded to Rome and in an attempt to implant within the Roman politics, Julius Caesar is assassinated.
330 AC - Due to rivalries with other brotherhoods the Brotherhood of the Veil leaves the Eastern Roman Empire.
1600 - The Brotherhood was restored in Europe.
1857 - A leading member of the Brotherhood was accused by the Roman Church but despite the incident and due to various political maneuvers, he was pardoned by the Inquisition.
1900 - The Brotherhood vanishes due to loss of power and influence.
Modern Days - One of the last "webs" of the Brotherhood reaches Vancouver becoming a secret organization of influential people with the same goals.
2018 - Chester Haskell, a member of the new Brotherhood, becomes the first Chancellor of Pacifica.

A villain redeemed that has the ability to create sound waves capable of destroying anything. He was soon forgiven and recruited in otder defend the United States by using the powers to destroy aliens aircrafts.

Big Jay - Jay Ackroyd
A superhuman from Portland. He has enough force to lift a bus. It was one of the first superhuman to join the Squadron 06 in order to defend the Earth.

Medusa - Lauren Harris
A heroine with Mental Manipulation, Telekinesis and Telepathy skills. As she cannot control her powers and unfortunately doing justice to her nickname, those who gaze deep in her eyes die due mental overload. After the Great Invasion, in order to protect humanity, she is bound to wear a special armor with a helmet that allows her to see but preventing anyone look at her eyes.

THE RISE OF THE LEFT​

"Los Angeles, California. One of the greatest cities in California, and tonight the setting for a remarkable political debate in the first ever Consensus elections. Five prominent politicians will be going against each other live with the help of Silicon Valley's Digital Democracy Frontier." said the narrator in what would be one of the most glorious nights for democracies all over the world.

Five politicians are standing on front of immobile platforms and are being watched by a crowd both within the studio where the debate was taking place and through their TV screens and computers. The politicians, while questioned by a narrator, will also be open to questions directly by the public itself. A special reminder for this political debate is that while these are prominent politicians by the time, parties had still not formed. The idea behind this was that ideas would be proposed and questions would be answered that would then lead to the creation of parties.

"Good evening, I am John Steward here in the studio tonight with five prominent politicians, each with a different vision for the future of the Consensus debate head to head in front of citizens tonight. And tonight will be about some of the biggest issues facing California, questions at the heart of this election. The politicians are: Jill Stein, Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, Megs O'Neill and Samara Smith.

Well tonight we are going to face some of the big political questions that we all hear about and will affect our daily life. The leader's position in this studio and the order in which the politicians make their opening and closing statements as well answer questions has been decided by drawing lotts. First Kamala Harris, your opening statement." and with that the narrator of the debate finished speaking for a bit

"You were told that religion has no place in politics. That is not true. Let's put principles and values and morality back in our society. That's why I got into politics. I am determined to unite with like - minded people and create a moral Democracy that fights for the poor and disadvantaged. I am commited to returning civilization back to its founding principles: No corruption of our morality by the mortal powers that be. We must all take action to protect the principles of Democracy and Christianity, for those are the biggest issues of all that we are facing. Without a proper state - instilled morality, our children and our children's children will lose their touch with democracy and God, and that will lead to the destruction that we saw and we will be seeing. Others here will try to deceive you; Lies about the cohesion of society, supporting unnatural laws about our communities, lies about religion and lies about everything. But to build a stable society, one must know the truth, for the truth shall set you free. Vote for Morality and unite with us" and with that Kamala Harris finished her opening statement.

"Kamala Harris, thank you. And now we go to Samara Smith" said the narrator.

"There are four other politicians on this platform tonight; they may all look different, but actually on some of the biggest issues on how we are going to develop our society they are very much the same. All four of them have an overly anti - Gethic stance and most of our money being wasted by not expanding in America. As a consequence of that, all of them support a failed economic system. Is it any wonder that America is not united any more like it was in the past? Well I represent a consortium of people that believe that only those who show their worth should be respected and represented in society and we believe in the capabilities of the Californian people to re - unite the States of America. We believe that we are good enough to do that. And we also believe that open door immigration together with welfare for lazy people has repressed the wages of the common people, made buying houses for youngsters very difficult, made it tough to get a doctor's appointment and has not been good for this country. We have a positive alternative. Let's align ourselves with the Gethic, and let us engage and dominate economically America. And let's take back control of our borders and put in place a corporatist method of governing, so that we can choose those that are to govern this country on the basis of their skills. By doing that we will give ordinary working people the brake they need."

"Thank you Ms. Harris, and now we go to Mr. Newsom."

"I think it's pretty obvious that no one standing here is going to make parties that will win the elections outright. So the voters should choose on the basis on who is going to work with who. I am not going to pretend that everything is perfect, though California is on a better state now than it was six years ago. I am also not going to pretend that I have not made mistakes, I have and I will put my hands up when I do them again and I have also learnt from them. But what you will get from me and from the people that will work with me is this: the grit and the ressiliance of finishing the job that Barry Goldwater once started. I will always fight for state's rights, and will never let anyone else jeopardise the natural choices of our straight and young members of society by instilling proper American values through education. And above all, I will always fight the left - wing, making sure that no one else imposes ideological taxes on your rightful gains, and I will always serve California and not just California but also America, the whole of our wonderful United States."

"Thank you Mr. Newsom, and now we go to Ms. O'Neill"

"This election is a chance to change the way our society perceives gender to one that respects the rights of everyone iregardless of gender or sexuality. People like me will always stand for equal racial and sex rights and we will make everyone's voice heard within the Senate and I know it's not that people here in California that are let down by the rise of dictators and corporate fascists in many parts of the world and that's why my message to people all over the world is one of friendship and co - operation. I won't pretend I that our society is the best that is right now, for it is not, but as long as we have a dream that we can fight for and that we fight for, I am prepared to work with people all over California and the world to deliver a positive change. Like many of you others and I want an alternative way of living, free of ridiculous fears and stigma and an end to opression all over the world and I believe that the resources and wealth of California should be invested in the future of our children, not in new weapons of mass destructions or other ways to opress people. A vote for me is a vote to make the Consensus and the world a freer, more democratic place"

"Here's what I believe. California succeeds when working people succeed. But that's not the way it has been the last 10 years. Wages under our capitalist organisation had been falling, and the divideness of humanity left it vulnerable against the invasion of the aliens. For 10 years humans in the Western World have been bickering and have allowed dictators to seize the chance and form states that opress them and deny them of their inherent human rights. For 10 years people at disadvantageous positions have been fearing over petty squables. It doesn't have to be this way. If people like me gain a majority in the Senate, we will actively pursue together with the Sillicon Valley the modernisation of our society through alien technologies while also ensuring a high minimum standard of life. If we get a majority, we will regulate businesses and invest in proper Green technologies that will help us fight the environmental troubles that humanity chose to ignore the last two decades. If we attain a majority, we will build a future for everyone here on the foundation of a Revived left movement that will protect and reward the hard working and talented people of society. Some will tell you here, that this is too utopic for California. I say, that we can do so much better than what people like me believe."

And with their opening statements now heard by the public, it was time for the politicians to begin debating and clarifying their stances on various topics. In the following days, the known five parties formed: the NCP, the DMC, the PHA, the HERG and the NAP. Later on in the first Senatorial elections of 2021 the Consensus politics would be dominated by what would be called the "Revived Left", a coalition of the NCP and the HERG.
