Hi guys. I expect this was my last session since we should win now either by Cultural which is inevitable with 1 musician coming up and at least 2 others which will soon be available via Faith from finishing Aesthetics, and with these 3 concerts Greece will be influenced. However by the looks of it if
@so_what captures Ethiopia's capital in his session,
@fiddlesticks or
@Mizzenmast will surely finish the game by capturing the remaining 2 capitals (Celt's capital is easy with a few Artillery and Greece's capital is left but we have a very strong fleet so we can surely capture it).
All 3 capitals are in the screenshot below
My observations and conclusions about this game is that it was not hard as expected. The harsh environment, Ice age and Sparse settings didn't hinder us as much as they did to the AIs. But I think we can safely say we did a good job in this game. First in all Demographics in turn 210 in a Deity game like I saw in so what's screenshot isn't something to laugh at. Maybe the game would have been a bit more difficult if we were not able to found a religion like I was initially expecting but at the same time it is not our fault that we got 3 religious CS by pure luck in our area. So kudos to everybody for a good game.
230. Peace with Greece for 13 and Dyes, got their OB, pay them to DOW Persia. DOW Celts. DOW Denmark. 1000 to Vancouver + move spy there as Greece has some influence there.
I've bulbed the Scientists, hope you guys won't mind me doing this, I know waiting for Research Labs would have been much better value, but with Railroad + Plastics and our strong empire and fleet, the game will end soon anyway. This way we might receive Infantry from now on, and the extra production from Railroad connection is nice to have. After World Fair we can simply build the Hotels (Refrigeration will finish soon) and win the game, either by CV or Dom.
231. Policy - Florishing of the Arts.
232. Capture Ecbatana and puppet it, it's good enough, gives us unique Crabs too. Heading to Persia's capital.
237. Built Brandenburg Gate in Sukhothai to stack with Alhambra, not that it matters that much now. Captured Persepolis for Chichen Itza, Forbidden Palace and Pyramids. 3 works of art. Capture 1 more city and then peace for yet another one with 2 works of art. I puppet both, they are not great but they do have Harbors and Pagodas. We don't really need science anymore so Culture-wise they are a plus. DOW Ethiopia. Peace celts for a city, raze.
238. Policy Artistic Genius and bulb him with Chichen Itza and World Fair coming in a few turns.
a few notes:
- Greece has built a crap city on our island, it can be a good way to use Musicians on it if we want to win Culturally. In that case also send a Cargo for bonus modifier to them, and maintain peace by paying them to DOW other civs.
- Sukhothai is 5 turns away from finishing Cristo Redentor, I would let it finish it and not use it to build World Fair, we'll win WF easily. Same thing with Harar which is building Neutschwanstein in 9 turns (2 workers can cut some forests in 4 ring and maybe even in the 3rd to save 1-2 turns.
- I suggest to annex all puppets one at a time whenever 600 gold are available for Courthouse.

@so_what please finish the Railroad to Fes from our capital and you can also delete the road to Rabat as I've built a Harbor there. Also pls finish the Railroad to Adrianopole. I've built some workers there to build Kasbahs and stuff in the Petra city.
I've used the citizen mostly for gold and production seeing how we'll soon reach Refrigeration and basically not really need science anymore.
