New leaders for Civ4 in expansions

I think the multiple leaders for some of the civilizations has been one of my favorite parts on Civ 4....and that got me to thinking it would be great if they added new leaders to the inevitable expansions. So given the parameters for using only base game civs which leaders would everyone want to be added on?

Here are my initial ones:

America:
Dwight D Eisenhower (Industrious and Militaristic)
Andrew Jackson (Militaristic, Philisophical)

Egypt
Ramses II (Industrious, Spiritual)

England
William I (Financial, Industrious)

China
Wu Zetian (Empress Wu of Zhou) (Spiritual, Creative)

Japan
Isoroku Yamamoto (Organized, Militaristic)
