Patch Corruption

Did anyone (other than communists) notice any change in the corruption levels pre and post patch? There were no differences in my game.

None in mine, 56/97 corrupt before
56/97 corrupt after
I am in despotism, but maybe police stations and the like will change it in some way meaningful.

all my XXX.1 commerce and xxx.1 production cities remain the same =/

Hmmm... perhaps. But I specifically recall a patch specification that stated bluntly: "corruption has been reduced".

Dan Mahaga has just suggested to me at Apolyton that he believes the changes in corruption will take effect in new games only. Something or other to do with the bic file.
