It'd be great to jump onto Civ again. I'll take any team that accepts me if Unusual Suspects isn't around anymore. I can't promise heavy commitment, but I shall try my best.

I'm probably an emperor level player now after a long break and have played SGOTM in the past.

I have extended the sign up period a couple days.

18 December: post announcement and signup threads

19 Dec - 10 Jan: signups and final tweaking of scenario

11 January: team threads opened

10 January - 14 January: discuss which save you want to play and let AlanH know

13 January: Saves released

31 March: Deadline. Please complete your game by then.

There seems to be consensus (but not unanimity) for a single save. This is my strong preference.

Note, in the past, players have been allowed to join teams provided they had never looked any other other teams threads. So if you think you might want to lurk and post in a team's thread - please don't look at any other!

We have two teams of five, one of six and one of (four plus a non-playing member).

Question: Shall we go with it as it stands. Or should we adjust to five playing members per team, by asking a volunteer to jump from Xteam to US?

I don't mind either way ...
