According to this poll, we have decided to make sure that all the backward nations are no longer in the Middle Ages. Each time a tech is given it will be one turn at a time, this only affects Rome and Iroquois because Aztecs only nee MT. The Babylonian gift is null and void because we are selling it to them instead.

Hm, it appears certain Governors have taken the initiative in ordering Wonder construction for this TC. Unfortunately, the MoC has been out of commision for most of the past week, so it's too late to do anything about it for now. Turn 4 Combustion is our's, but there were no Upgrades requested by MSAV. Also, China has taken Kiev, Chittagong... and Huntington Beach.
