Only if you had specific portrait(s) in mind, otherwise I'll just mine Lucina pics as appropriate. ;)

I was hoping to share this once I'd nailed down the unit rosters, but there's a lot to choose from and hardly anyone gave me clear instructions. I've expanded the base line a bit: biplane fighters and bombers are available beginning Era 2, Carriers upgrade to Supercarriers in the end game, and Spies are available in Era 3 for clandestine scouting and sabotage. Not shown here: NESer-specific Era 2 raiders (double as game's Barbarians), Privateers (may expand them as an IOTer-exclusive category), and nuclear weapons, which now begin with Era 2- short-range A-bombs.
Spoiler :

Here are unit lines broken down by player, mapped straight onto the basic tech tree. Some are more finished than others, and a few may be tweaked if I need to 'double up' classes. Some of these may end up being simply cosmetic flavour, but if you have any recommendations, do tell (especially re. King units).

I've put together a template for single portraits to indicate mood and victory/loss conditions, though if you're like Megs I can get a fair bit mroe creative:

Unless @Terran Empress has something in mind, I may even take a stab at using this for a proper animated leaderhead.

And because I had way too much fun with this, all the tech pedia icons. Bonus points if you can match them to their corresponding techs:

Awesome work so far Thor!

I’ll send you some DMs on Discord about proposed changes in my AI personality.

Just to clarify for future/pending applications, in lieu of specific instructions, "General Strategy" is intended to give me a rough picture for unit types/flavour, and if/when I get to them, unique buildings and faction-specific techs. Excepting culture groups (whose role I haven't determined yet), all available inputs for A.I. behaviour are outlined in the OP. It's nowhere near as customizable as Civ4 leaders.

Is there room here for a glorious return? :borg:

...... Okay nvm, I thought this was a Civ3 flavours IOT :crazyeye:
