Hi Logoncal, I just have a question regarding your game with Rome. I have been playing with Rome but I really cannot prevent Byzantium from spawning. The highest stability I was ever able to come up with before they spawn is +12. How much were you able to get to and how?

that is the biggest issue, because i only noticed it didnt spawn after 600 years.
I also do not have acess to the save. Currently away from home and cant go back. State flooded almost entirely.
