Looks like the Muslim Hagia Sophia with the Theodosian walls. It's too big in relation to the city though, there should be no mountains (and indeed it should be the sea where the mountains are, if the public area before the church is intended), and the area behind should slope down ... vast topographic inaccuracies.
The entire teaser trailer probably came from the intro. I don't think they would include a wide angle shot of the entire city of Constantinople for a single wonder movie, and its practically impossible to think that they would put that much effort into the city view for Civ 5.
In Civ4, they replaced city view by showing the city improvements in the actual city on the map. If you zoomed in, you could see it. Granted, it wasn't that good, but if they made it better, then I would like that better than city view. Why go into city management and then city view when you could just zoom in and see it?
