Certainly an improvement over the "Captain Kangaroo" image on Civ IV, but the uniform is goofy. Why not adapt one of the countless photographs of Bismarck available on the Internet?

On the other picture of Bismark, he had buttons up and down both sides of the front of his shirt...
Looks like Stalin to me.
