Another question. Does the cost of bribing also decrease as you get more friendly with a Civ? For example, will it be cheaper to bribe Shaka to DoW someone if he is Pleased with me vs. Cautious? Similarly, would it be cheaper to bribe him if he was annoyed at the target rather than cautious...

Oh crap. Wrong forum. I dunno how I wound up in CivRev. I don't even own it. Could a mod delete or move this thing to the regular strategy section for Civ IV?

I don't typically trade techs with the AI very much, and I think this is a weak point in my game. From browsing around the forums, it appears Education, Philosophy, and perhaps Aesthetics have good trade/bribe value with the AI. Are there others I should know about? I'd also like to know more...

It's difficult for me to tell the difference between forest and jungle in this mod, so I'd like to go back to the Civ IV original if that's possible. Can anyone help?
