I checked part of the civ tree 4 of the religions you can get on the same path.

I really dont like the idea of having my empire split in 2!

Dont declare a state religion and put your civic option as freedom of religion!(I hope freedom of religion isnt a late game tech!~)

Would you ever go straight for as many religions as you can get and try to hog them all?

I like the idea! Anything that will give you more espionage options is great! I just wish they would lower the cost from civ3 so it could be more used.

They should make the statue of liberty a great wonder that you can give to other civs to make them happy (If given to A.I. it would automaticaly give them best Attitude towards you) now that would be sweet!

I pray they dont make it so you need barracks to build units that could seriously annoying but i doubt they would do that. The reason i think they did that with missionaries is because you have to study scriptures for years befor you are ready to go to foreign land and preech your religion...

I wish people would just stop complaing and just glad they added another new feature like religion and it isn't useless! You can get several bonuses example: free religion more religions you have the the more bonuses you get and missionaires are like spies sense they give you line of sight in...
