    Imagine my confusion, when I open the editor and start fiddeling around with the rules, and see this: *See next post* Is it suppose to be at 100% by DEFAULT??? Seems very strange to me, but I've haven't used the editor much, or even thought about the rules.

    Lousy production speed

    In my latest game, I'm playing on a standard size map and has established several cities that grow pretty fast; but the production speed is awful! Some 4 or 6 size pop cities takes like 30 turns to make a swordman!!! I've tried to give every city at least 5 squares space between each other...

    The "requirements" for a war to be considered as a "World War" is that more than two continents must be included AND more than two nations must be involved. WWI: Europe & Asia. WWII: Europe, Africa, North America & Asia.

    Fighting a civ with high culture

    If I'm in a situation where I find the probability of a potential flip is high, I just raize all conquered cities. Because; it's not worth going to war just to "raise a few bucks" and conquer some more cities - if I attack - then I'm going for total domination over the selected "victim".

    Getting others to Declare War

    Try demanding lots of gold, cities and any resources they might have for nothing. They probably will get pissed off and declares war on you. ;)
