    It looks to me like you have selected an AMD dual-core. I would try to get an Intel i3 at the minimum, or any quad-core for Civ V. At first glance, your GPUs look ok.     A little bit speculation, but perhaps the AI is angry about an automated tile purchase via culture made on your behalf by your city manager? I would consider the AI being angry about that a glitch, but also I would consider not being able to pick the culture-puchase tile an anti-feature.

    Problem: You are trying to make moves. While in the process of making moves, the camera pans straight to a barbarian attacking your teammate. This causes the user to occasionally miss the tile they were clicking on at the start of an unexpected pan, in addition to being really ing annoying...

    Once I freed a worker from barbarian control. They teleported to the opposite side of the adjacent barbarian, the farthest they could get from both my troops and my cities, while remaining next to a barbarian.

    Differing DLC in multiplayer - question

    Dawn of War 2 allows vanilla players to play against Chaos Rising players, even if the CR player uses the race unique to CR. It is dumb that they charge us to use it, but refuse to let us use it in front of people who didn't buy it.
