Where did all my MODS go!?

Just played a game of G&K and then had to restart my computer for an update. When I restarted, 7 out of 10 of the mods I use were completely gone from the MODS section of the game and from the MODS folder itself!

Plus, when I tried to resubscribe to the mods, nothing happened. How do I fix this!?!?!

Three hours later, they all showed up again. What the heck!?

I think one of the programmers went in and fixed it for you. It was a heuristics glitch.

I had something similar to this. I "unsubscribed" all mods, exited Civ5 application. Opened Civ5, subscribed to mods and now they're fine. I don't know why it happened, but it was pretty easy to fix.
