Is there a Soviet Union civ with Trotsky as a leader?

Does stability or anything else have anything to do with it? I just don't understand how a province can be worth 1.2% toward the warscore, but take 28% warscore to demand.

Oh, so its a percent of their country? I always thought it was determined by the value of the province.

Ok, I'm having a lot of trouble getting provinces in peace treaties now. When i captured a province it used to be worth a decent amount toward the war score, but now its only worth like 1.2% or so, and i had to conquer half of England just to get the Ballaras(or whatever that Island is called...

I was installing Civ 4 vanilla on my laptop and it messed up during instalation, there are no more Civ 4 files on my computer but it refuses to accept that. When i put the DVD back in the options it gives me are play readme and exit(i think thats what the third one is) but anyway, i can't play...

People Eat Tasty Animals, sorry if that has already been said. Being serious, they sicken me. There is a point where you care about animals, but they have crossed the line to where they care about animals more than people.
