Quite true..... however well I thought the civ still would not be angry with me cos the unit is a hidden nationality unit and it is the AI....
But well I'll try razing it and see what is the outcome..
Hmm what if an icbm is placed as a hidden nationality???? Would they know u launched it?
Whenever I play the modern era and I see those numerous citizens, one word comes into mind... tourism. and revenue
Well with rail roads perhaps different countries can earn more money by letting tourists come or something like that...
What do u ppl think? :)
What I mean is using the same thing as a privateer. You mod a ground unit so that their nationality is hidd3en and when you attack someone they don't know its you.
But somehow the AI knows it and I find it weird that they do when they R NOT SUPPOSE 2.
It is I find very weird when you have hidden your units nationality and captured their city and they get furious wth you but the thing is I never declared war on them as I used my "cloaked" units.
How did the AI know it was me....?
Well no I did not hex edit it at all. Dunno why it can't work. :(
Weird...
Oh HK eh, same time zone. ;-) Going to HK next month actually and I'll live in the Singapore embassy in HK! ;-)
This could be in the wrong place but I don't know where else to put in so well...
Well the problem is just after I modded the Civ 3 code slightly, I received this message
CIVILIZATION3 caused an invalid page fault in
module CIVILIZATION3.EXE at 017f:0040309c.
Registers:
EAX=00000000...
You know, you can mod a scenario's code but I was wondering if you can mod the game's code so that if you play a new game, the code would be your own mod and not he Firaxis one. How do you do that?
