Umm is it me or is it impossible to declare war on a civ who refuses to talk to you?
I dont have open borders with Persia and everytime i try to contact him to tell him i need his head for my collection of poles he refuses to talk!
anyway to declare war?
Well i began in 1998 on civ2 when i was 10, i traded it for warcraft lol and i still remember my first game i cheated and used mech inf to storm over the egyptians.. i then used to spend hours on the ww2 scenario just doing the germans (lol) then in 2001 i bough civ3 and got the add-ons shortly...
i like the english in a republic government .. but make sure u have at least 3 Luxury resources and a 10% lux slide with it.. that seems to be the minimum.. but i get sooooooooooo much money :D
just played a game as the usa and managed to really batter the japs.. i pushed them back to the chinese territory then time ran out
i was battling the gates of tokyo for ages tho..
With UK i managed to take vietnam and pushed the japs back to there china border but then time was up.. took me to the near end goes to get near vietnam.. but it was lightly defended
USA: I started 1 game.. then quit cos i couldnt be bothered..
Canada should be added if america was because they were both founded by european countries who settled there..
tho im british i agree canada should get the thumbs up if america can to be honest.
Err i think this is what is suggested.. but please dont flame me if i get this wrong!
alot of the good players suggest Buying Techs instead of Researching because buying is cheaper so put the science rate to the lowest and rake in the dough :) then buy techs..
