Hi folks! While advancing in a game, the performance drops to a nearly unplayable level. The reason is clear: my PC is just too old/slow/crappy (<choose one). I normally play at 1280x1024(TFT) with medium details. Choosing 1024x768, it seems to get a bit smoother, but just a very tiny bit...

It seems to take some time till the next ship with supplies from the rest of the world reaches Finland... :D Let's see it that way: the Europeans should finish the installation from DVD before any American from their CDs even with the one-week-advantage. :lol:

This will become a hard week: reading the reports in the forum how great Civ 4 is while waiting for the European release. At least we get DVDs instead of disks from the last millenium.

Uhhhm what was the level above Sid? :D I guess i start somewhere between prince and king/monarch. In the past everything lower was just to boring if you already had some experience in civing.

Hmmm that doesn't help me we the current game. :D I must say that the 'tribes' are a bit unbalanced. The Khemri for example get near to no units and other like Norsca and Dark Elves have problems to build the same unit twice...
