Sorry, I was refering to offensive flipping, a large garrison and a courthouse decrease chances of losing one of your own cities to their culture. Culture Buildings, such as temples and Libraries, and a large garrison increase your chances of culturally converting one of their cities.

It is very helpful in online games, and until you get Railroads, it will allow you to move units from one city to the next one out in 1 turn, which can help you attacks or defense immensely.

Is it possible to delete the Forbidden Palace? When I attempt to do this, only two options appear, Civlopedia: Forbidden Palace and Civlopedia: Culture. It is built very close to my capital and want to mave it FAR away.

Definentely Cavalry, great way to start off world war, plus I always take the bottom track of techs in the second age and trade for the top, ensuring I get early Cavalry.

You should be thinking about culture from the beginning of the game. If you do it allows youy to get even more land without using up more precious settler. I build temples until literature comes along, because Libraries have 1 more culture per turn, and cost a bit less to build. Culture...
Yeah, I guess I'm apart of that 99%, I just enjoy mastering and trying out different stuff on normal Civ, but eventuallly if it get boring, I will move into mods. The player created scenarios on the disk are still great too.

Nice Pentium, that is an awesome idea, but the worker building a fortress part was funny. Isreal would kick major ***. THat would be an awesome civ to play as, props to you Elponitnatsnoc. Are you Jewish???

Definentely an AP man, and I don't think it gives the AI any advantages either. I just think it makes the game a little more fn, when you only have a limited amount of time to play, and not a weeknd to devote lol.

Definentely b/w 75 and 95%, and on one game I hit a greek city in the middle of my empire with five settler, therefore ten workers, I was very surprised, and immediately sent my slaves into action.
