Engineer can bulb Feudalism. You need to take Machinery from Oracle, because you must beeline Metal Casting(to run an engineer). Alternatively you can research Feu and bulb Guilds(most of it)

Guilds by 1AD is possible. I jast made it. Beeline Metal Casting, whip forge, run engineer, Oracle-Machinery, research Writing, Monarchy, Masonry, Iron Working, bulb Feudalism, research Guilds. And it's game over! AI has only axes, swords and archers.

Pro is not that bad for OCC. There are much worse traits. And SB is great leader. He doesnt need strategic resources, a very common problem in OCC.

It's worth. You miss 50% from IW and the ability to build AlCo, but your research skyrocket. It's huge in this game. About 20 health and 7 forests, thats 17 scientists under Rep, with Library, University, Oxford, Academy and Observatory. Just count the beakers, not to mention great scientist...
