Is it possible to chop down forests?
It have started a game where my main food-producing city has a few squares with forest. It would be nice to convert them to grassland to further improve the food-production, but is it possible?

Has Don Deity teleported himself away to a less violent universe or will we hear about the final annihilation of the remaining civilizations? (And of course of the ever increasing pile of stone statues, that now threatens to tilt Earth out of its orbit because of its excessive mass)
PS: Keep up...
Thanks for an excellent story, Snaaty
I have been following your story almost from the beginning and loved the part about the increasing amounts of statues in the presence of Don Deity
Just thought that I would express my gratitude for all the time that you have spent entertaining...
I was more concerned by the lack of food - I have no complains about strategic resources. So will you make it possible to get 2 food out of each ocean tile? This could eventually be done by adding +1 food to the harbor city improvement
I tried last night to play as the Americans in the 1939 pacific scenario and one thing bothered me a lot. Some of the smaller island including Hawaii haven't got enough food to maintain a city population of 4 (which they start with).
Oceans only give +1 food and it's not possible to raise it...
Do you mean that it will be fixed in the add-on pack 1 that you mention here?http://rtw.apolyton.net/index2.html
How are you planing to fix it? By adding sea resources or a new function for the work boats?
Hi
I'm not quite sure if it really is a bug but there are no sea resources like fish, crap etc. on any of the three WWII: the road to war scenarios.
The reason I think it is a bug is that you can build workboats but you have nothing at all to use them for. So either the scenarios have a bug...
I say that the Vikings rule.... Aggressive and financial which means that you can afford your military. UU and UB is great on worlds with lots of water.
And let us not forget that I'm danish and everybody know that the danes was the real vikings :strength:
