I'm currently playing with the BUG mod. It comes with a map script called "Full of Resources." However, fudge me if the script is in any way intuitive.
Here are just a few questions I have about how this script works:
1. What is the difference between "force the appearance" and "equalize the...
I'm downloading and getting ready to return to Civ4 after a long hiatus. Civ6 just doesn't cut it for me.
I remember there being a utility mod out there that did a lot of things. One of the things it did was enable me to mark the map with fat crosses of varying colors. These fat crosses could...
I'm used to Civilization 4, so maybe there is still a way to do this and they just changed the keyboard combinations.
In Civ 4, I can make a que for cities to build things simply by holding down the shift key while I click on the items to be built. If I hold down the Alt key as well, the build...
I'm used to Civilization 4, so maybe this is just a gameplay change. But in my experience, builders can only build three plot improvements before disappearing off the face of the earth.

In my task manager, I can see that the process for Civ 6 appears for a split second ... and then immediately deletes itself.
What's going on?

If I know what tile they're on, I can click on that tile and select the worker. But I...
As long as I have "New Random Seed on Reload" checked, I can simply quicksave, and my missionaries and executives will always spread if I'm patient. So it's a waste of time.
If you'd like, you could make it so that I only have a 100% spread chance if I have "new random seed on reload"...
The Temple of Artimes purports to double my trade route yield.
Which cities trade routes get doubled? Just the city the Temple is in, or every city in my civ?
You say that the food bin is half full. But you also say that the food bin gets bigger as population gets bigger.
So, wouldn't it be slightly less than half full?
The in-game explanation of a granary is that it stores 50% of food after a population increase.
But ... what exactly does that mean?
First of all, 50% of what? The food on all the tiles I'm working at the time?
And what does it mean to "store" that food? Does it provide instant...
