    Very well. I was worried you were going to nerf nations who got too powerful etc. You're rules should be robust enough that if a nation gets too big and strong, it should collapse from a lack of infrastructure or something.. not you just adjusting the rules.

    Sounds right. Culture in my empire comes from monuments and temple complexes all over the country and not from specialized cities...

    oh , i knew that was what i ws missing. I was going to make a map. Yeah, just inland of that little island on the map halfway to epirus, I don't know exactly what it is called. The village is called Menca (or Manca?), so call the island M*nca-ni, if you need to mention it. Ni at the end of a word indicates it is an island. Sicily is too big to be an island- it is a "mountain" of earth.
