Yes. It is so annoying in Civ 3/4 how you can't just click minimise, or X, or another window; you have to alttab out of it, or bring up the start menu.

Change governments. Depositism takes 1 resource where-ever there would be atleast 3 resources. Peat normally gives you 4 shields- under Depositism it's 3. Ivory is the same for trade. Change, and you will earn more. Why are you staying as a Depot?
